Annika is the owner of Sunny Baby and a speech-language pathologist, internationally board certified lactation consultant and certified infant massage instructor. Annika has been working in the field of speech-language pathology and specializing in infant and toddler population since 2012. She has attended several specialized trainings that focus on infant and toddler feeding difficulties, tongue ties and oral motor deficits. She is also the mother of three children (one singleton and a set of twins). She serves infants and mothers in Tallahassee, FL. 

Carolyn Reierstad, IBCLC

Postpartum Doula


Carolyn is an internationally board certified lactation consultant and has been helping families for years. She has experience working for Gadsden WIC and supporting families as a postpartum doula. She is a mother of two singleton children and a set of twins. She has both experience and training working with mothers of multiples. Carolyn is an excellent resource for families of multiples and women who have difficulty with their milk supply. She serves mothers' lactation needs in Tallahassee and surrounding areas.

Betsy Ganus, MS, CCC-SLP

Betsy Ganus is s speech-language pathologist. She has speech language pathology experience working with the pediatric population in a variety of settings. She has a desire to help infants meet their feeding needs in the community she serves. She is also the mother of three girls. Betsy is passionate about helping families in need of support during the first years of their children’s lives. She serves children in Tallahassee, FL.

Dr. Angela Wallace, OTD, MEd, OTR/L

Doctor of Occupational Therapy


Angela attended the University of Florida for her doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy with a specialization in early intervention. She has had experience addressing breast feeding, bottle feeding, and feeding difficulties. Angela utilizes a holistic OT approach to collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to address the needs of the infant based on the family’s goals and priorities. She serves infants in Crawfordville, FL and surrounding areas.

Feeding Therapy

We offer formal evaluations of breast and bottle feeding for babies of all ages. We are also able to provide weekly therapy for your baby who is having feeding difficulties. 

Eating Therapy

When your child transitions to solids, you may notice difficulties. We offer evaluations and therapy to help your child eat solid foods safely. 

Oral Motor Therapy

Your child may have been diagnosed with tongue or lip-ties and need therapy to gain adequate oral motor functioning. We are trained in oral motor exercises and are able to evaluate and treat oral motor deficits.

In-Home Visits

1-1.5 hour consultation in your home
  • Skilled observation and thorough case history to determine possible cause(s) of colic
  • Help with making adjustments to the environment for the baby
  • Yoga, breathing and relaxation techniques taught to family members
  • Infant massage instruction
  • Swaddling and calming techniques taught
  • Assistance with diet modifications for breastfeeding mother
  • Assistance with breast or bottle feeding
  • Referral to appropriate health professionals as needed

Phone Support

0.5-1 hour phone consultation
  • Thorough case history to determine possible cause(s) of colic
  • Help with making adjustments to the environment for the baby
  • Assistance with diet modifications for the breastfeeding mother
